v2.8.1 — The badge measures connectivity

Patch release. Deployed to production at 2d6b13bf → superseded by this tag’s head.

Operator-facing

The dashboard hero badge now reports connectivity, not operations. Green LIVE (internet, backend, database reachable), amber (external platform unreachable), red (you cannot work). It recovers on its own, pauses when the tab is hidden, and backs off during outages so monitoring never amplifies what it observes. Platform alerts (queues, jobs, webhook silence) stay in Observability and Notification Center — a background job failure no longer tells the whole warehouse “NOT LIVE”.

• Partial unique index on ops_alerts: one OPEN alert per (company, type, scope) is now enforced by the database, not by hope.
• Credential-save resets webhook verification so a dead integration re-verifies.
