About this site

This is the marketing site of Angus OG Wear LLC, doing business as DockingWare, operating in the State of California, United States. The sections below also govern use of the DockingWare platform during early access.

Early access

Submitting the early-access form is a request to start a conversation. It does not create an entitlement to access, a contract, or a commitment on either side.

We onboard a limited number of operations at a time and may decline or defer a request.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data your team enters and for keeping credentials confidential. Accounts are for your organization's internal business use.

Your data

You own the operational data you put into the platform. We claim no rights over it beyond what is needed to run the service. You can export your data, and on termination we will delete or return it on request.

Connected services

Integrations (sales channels, accounting, carriers) are subject to those providers' own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during early access.

Service warranty disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost inventory value.

Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. We may suspend access for material breach. Data, warranty, liability, and governing-law sections survive termination.

Acceptable use

Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or submit content through the form that you do not have the right to share.

Intellectual property

The DockingWare name, logo, product screenshots, and site content are owned by Angus OG Wear LLC, doing business as DockingWare. You may reference and link to this site; you may not republish its content as your own.

No warranty for site content

Site content is provided as-is for informational purposes. Product capabilities described here reflect the platform at the time of writing, and roadmap items marked "Coming soon" are not commitments to a date.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the business change. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
